1. Introduction
The self-drilling screw is very commonly used as it has a drill point that penetrates into the material quickly without any pilot drill hole.
The drill point die is to make the end point of these self-drilling screws. Unlike the heading dies that require steel cases outside, these drill point dies work directly: there are two pieces of drill point dies, installed in the screw point forming machine, clamping to form the drill point of the screw.

These drill point dies are mainly used for hex head self-drilling screws and also can be used for drywall screws, CSK head screws, and other types of self-drilling screws. In other words, these drill point dies are mainly used for screws through the phosphating process or zinc galvanizing process.
