How does fully automatic wire nail making machine works?
The non-oil swing shank feeding structure continuously feeds wire material to the fully automatic wire nail making machine. The wire material is straightened by the feeding adjustment frame before entering the non-oil swing shank feeding structure. The drawback removing debris structure and the cutting knife transmission rod structure work together to cut the wire material into nail rods. The nail rods are intermittently fed by the conveyor belt nail feeding system from the cutting knife transmission rod structure at the rear end to the nails mold delivering shank structure at the front thereof. The nail mold delivering shank structure and the crankshaft punch cap assembly cooperate with each other to stamp one end of the nail rod forming a nail cap. The crankshaft punch cap assembly is linked and cooperated with the conveyor belt nail feeding structure by the synchronous structure of crankshaft and straight shanft and cam divider. This new designed fully automatic wire nail making machine has shorten the cost of molds, and improved the working efficiency.
