The Most Important Pr0cedure of High Speed Nail Machine
As shown on the below drawing , the conveyor belt nail feeding structure K of the high speed nail machine includes two sets of nail feeding concurrent belts (a tensioning wheel 28 and a power wheel 29) arranged in an upper and lower position. The adjacent sides of the two nail feeding concurrent belts 30 are beside each other. The nail rod will be inserted between the two nail feeding synchronous belts 30 that are close to each other, and will be clamped by the two belts 30 and moves intermittently from back to front with the nail feeding concurrent belts 30. The power wheel 29 drives the belt 30 to move, and the belt 30 transports the nail rod 39 from the nail cutter 24 side to the nail mold 27 side for intermittent movement.
As shown on the below photo , the punch 6 includes a main punch 36 and a sub-main punch 33, and the nail die 27 includes a main punch nail die 35 and a sub-main punch nail die 31. The main punch 36 and the main punch nail die 35 cooperate with each other to form a main punch die, and the sub-main punch 33 and the sub-main punch nail die 31 cooperate with each other to form a sub-main punch die. The punch 6 and the nail die 27 form a double-die double-punch structure L. The nail feeding concurrent belt 30 drives the nail rod 39 to move intermittently from back to front. After the end of the nail rod 39 is punched by the secondary punch die, it forms the end shape of the half-punched nail, and then it is punched again by the main punch die to form the nail cap of the nail, forming the end shape of the finished nail.
