Technical Introduction

Coil Nail Manufacturing Machine is the main machine needed for a coil nail manufacturing plant. We have two kinds of coil nail manufacturing machine, one is ordinary rolling nail machine, another is rubber band type coil nail manufacturing machine. Coil nail manufacturing machine is a kind of automated welding equipment essentially.

The iron nails are placed in the vibrating plate, which arranges the loose nails in order and then enters the welding wheel through the feeding track to be welded with two copper-plated wires into rows of nails. Then, the nails are automatically rolled into coils (flat-top type and tower type) through automatic oil immersion, rust prevention, drying and counting mechanisms. The nails are automatically cut according to the set number of pieces per roll, and put the rubber onto the coil. The only thing operator should do is to put the well banded nails into cartons. And inspect the running of the machine at same time.
