This 6C model wire nail machine manufactures nails with larger sizes. Usually from 3″~6″. The larger model machine with larger motor power, larger body, stronger power of punching and cutting, makes nails with thicker diameter and longer length. 6″ nails are widely used on normal building as well as grass project. The demand is huge.

How to choose machines for 1″ ~ 6″ nails?

Usually there is no one machine can make nails from 1″~6″. The manufacturing range for one machine is limited. 1″~6″ is a wide range, can not be made by one set of wire nail machine.

To choose wire nail machines for 1″~6″ nails, we need to know the percentage of each size nails, as customers’ monthly output. Although 6C still can reach 2″ nails manufacturing after professional adjustment and well-shifting molds, the speed of making 2″ nails by 6C can not reach as much as 3C model. If customers’ main output is 2″ nails, and also little share of 6″ nails, then only 6C machines is not the best way to reach the goal.

Apparently, this is tightly related to the fund plan also. If customers don’t have fund pressure, we will of course suggest our new model high speed nail making machines D100 model, with the capacity of making nails from 1″~4″.

Can steel nails be made by the iron wire nail machine?

The answer is yes. As we all know steel is with higher content of carbon, which means the material is harder than iron. But before making steel nails, the steel wire will be soften by annealing furnace. After which the wire will be easier to be deformed. And then adjust the molds accordingly, will reach different aims.
